This place suits me perfectly with its free parking, 24-hour reception, and fast wi-fi. The staff guided me on evening plans during my first stay, and the night receptionist was very helpful too. Highly recommend for a smooth stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The experience was marred by low cold-water pressure at the sink faucet, which we reported to reception but remained unresolved during our two-night stay. there was an unpleasant smell from the drains, which made our time in the room rather uncomfortable.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this smart, modern hotel with easy access to charming nearby parks and notable landmarks like Poitiers Cathedral, which is just under 2 km away, making for a pleasant stroll through the city to see its impressive architecture. plus, the convenience of being next to a supermarket and a great restaurant made my trip even better.

The room was impeccably clean, providing a fresh atmosphere. Parking was very convenient, making our stay hassle-free. The nearby parks were a delightful bonus, perfect for leisurely strolls. the staff was friendly, quickly assisting us with local recommendations.
